Coaching Services
Michele Whitman provides private coaching designed to support personal exploration, life transitions, goals, decision-making, growth, and related areas of personal development.
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support reflection, exploration, and action. Results vary from person to person, and no particular result or outcome is guaranteed.
Coaching Is Not Therapy or Medical Care
Coaching services are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, psychiatric care, or another licensed healthcare service. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental-health or medical conditions and is not a substitute for services provided by an appropriately licensed healthcare or mental-health professional.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified healthcare professional.
Eligibility
Coaching services offered through this website are intended for adults age 18 and older. By purchasing or booking a service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement for the services purchased.
Bookings and Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled through the online booking system available on this website. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for attending scheduled appointments at the confirmed date and time.
Virtual sessions may be conducted using Google Meet or another mutually agreed-upon virtual meeting platform.
Fees and Payment
Current prices for individual sessions and coaching packages are displayed on the website and during the booking or checkout process.
Payment is due according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase. Payments made through the website are processed by the payment providers available through Wix.
Prices and service offerings may change in the future. Any change will not alter the price of a service or package that has already been purchased unless otherwise agreed.
Coaching Packages
Coaching packages include the number of sessions specified at the time of purchase and are subject to the validity period displayed during checkout.
Sessions included in a package must be used within the applicable package period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions do not automatically extend beyond the package validity period.
Packages and sessions are intended for the person who purchased them and may not be transferred to another person without prior agreement.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
I understand that schedules and circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
Any specific cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show terms presented during the booking or purchase process will apply to that appointment or service.
Repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may affect the ability to schedule future sessions.
Refunds
Fees for coaching sessions that have already been provided are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
For coaching packages or services that have not yet been fully used, refund requests will be considered in accordance with the terms presented at purchase, the circumstances of the request, and applicable law.

Client Responsibility
Coaching works best when you participate actively and make your own decisions regarding your life, relationships, career, health, finances, and other personal matters.
You remain solely responsible for your choices, actions, decisions, and results. Information discussed during coaching is intended to support your own exploration and decision-making and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.
Confidentiality
I respect the private nature of coaching conversations and will use reasonable care in handling information shared in connection with coaching.
However, no method of electronic communication, online meeting, or digital storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or safety.
